General Immune Support ( Pre-COVID or if exposure)
- Vitamin C 1000-2000 mg daily
- NAC 600-900 mg twice a day
- Curcumin 500-1000 mg daily
- Zinc 15-30 mg daily
- Quercetin 250 mg twice a day
Post-Exposure / Symptomatic COVID
- Discontinue Zinc, Echinacea and Elderberry
- Vitamin D3 10,000 IUs daily for 2 weeks
- Vitamin C 3000 mg daily
- NAC 600 mg twice a day
- Quercetin 1000 mg twice daily
- Melatonin 5-20 mg at night
- Resveratrol 100-150 mg daily ( optional )
Typically, the supplements are continued for 2 weeks even if symptoms resolve.

Long Haulers & Persistent Symptoms
Supplementation can be general or added based on persistent symptoms. Do not need to add all of the supplements but can add additional as needed
General Supplement support (Malaise/Joint pain/Fatigue)
- Astralgus 250 mg twice a day
- Boswellia 300 mg two to three times a day
- CoQ10 100-200 mg daily
- Vitamin D3 5000 IUs daily
- Magnesium glycinate 200-400 mg daily at night
Neurologic Symptoms (Numbness/Pain/Headaches )
- Alpha Lipoic Acid 600 mg twice a day
- L-arginine 700 mg twice a day
Macrophage/Monocyte Repolarization Therapy(Immune reset- Increase white cell response )
- Vitamin C 500 mg twice a day
- Omega 3 Fatty Acids 4gm (4000 mg) daily
- Melatonin 2-10 mg nightly. Best to use slow-release versions. Start at a low dose and increase until no sleep disturbances

Respiratory Symptoms
In addition to the above recommend implementing square breathing. Deep breathing as a square counting from 3 and working up as able.
