As a food and nutrition expert, I focus on personalized nutrition programs designed to promote healthy weight, disease management and sports performance. I work side-by-side with my clients to set goals then provide ongoing support with nutrition education and behavioral coaching — adapted to their learning style — so they have the motivation and capability to succeed.
I can translate the most current medical nutrition therapy into simple and practical changes for powerful results. I am currently in private practice helping people make permanent and lasting changes in their health using medical nutrition therapy and an intuitive eating approach.
My aim is to help clients set realistic and achievable goals beyond “diets” and translate science into practical food habits that satisfy.
I have combined experience as a clinical dietitian using Medical Nutrition Therapy at Palm Beach Gardens Hospital (Florida), Mobile Infirmary Medical Center (Mobile, Alabama), and Winter Park Hospital (Florida), Metropolitan Hospital (Atlanta), and Henry Ford Hospital (Detroit). I have attended courses in Motivational Interviewing and Intuitive Eating to help my clients see success beyond restrictive eating.
My programs are truly customized to help clients learn to permanently maintain their nutrition goals for years to come.
