Guacamole
This Guacamole recipe is from the Food As Medicine and Elimination Diet programs, and it’s one of our favorites because it’s simple, quick, and packed full of health benefits!
Ingredients:
- 3 ripe avocados
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 onion
- 1/3 cup organic cilantro
- 1 serrano chili pepper
- Juice of 1 lime
- ½ t sea salt or Himalayan salt
- 1 tomato, chopped
Directions:
Place all ingredients except tomatoes into the food processor. Chop until chunky and combined. Add tomato and pulse until desired consistency.
