Holiday Sweet and Spicy Mixed Nuts Recipe 

These holiday Sweet and Spicy Mixed Nuts strike the perfect balance between savory warmth and a hint of sweetness.

They’re easy to make, great for entertaining, and pack a flavorful punch that’ll keep guests reaching for more. Just roast, toss, and enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans)
  • 2 Tbsp. coconut oil
  • 2 Tbsp. coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp. dried crushed chili peppers
  • ½ tsp. cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp. salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed nuts and melted coconut oil, tossing to coat evenly.
  3. Add the coconut sugar, crushed chili peppers, cayenne pepper, and salt. Mix well to ensure each nut is evenly seasoned.
  4. Spread the seasoned nuts onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Roast for 15 minutes, tossing every 5 minutes to prevent burning and ensure even browning.
  6. Remove from the oven and let the nuts cool completely.
  7. Store in an airtight container for up to 7 days.
