This quick and flavorful Korean Ground Beef with Rice Noodles recipe combines savory ground beef, crunchy cabbage or Brussels sprouts, and aromatic garlic and ginger; all served over brown rice noodles or steamed rice. Ingredients:
- 1 lb. grass-fed 85-90% ground beef
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 cups chopped cabbage or Brussels sprouts
- 2 green onions, chopped (white and green parts)
- Optional: Chili Crunch Seasoning
- Optional: Rice Noodles or Cooked Rice
Instructions:
- Cook the Beef: Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add ground beef, breaking it up while cooking until no longer pink.
