Join Dr. Palermo on May 8th for a Yoga + Learn class that will focus on meditation.
You’ll explore several breathing techniques and guided meditations to practice sitting in stillness. We’ll begin with a 55-minute yoga class with Suzanne Bergen and end with a short discussion and meditation with mindfulness teacher Isabel Shankle. All levels are welcome, and modifications will be offered. Wear your yoga clothes and bring your mat!
