Did you know that by the time you turn 30, you start losing muscle mass?

In this week’s Motivation, Dr. Palermo discusses why muscle is the key to health.

Most people recognize that muscular strength enhances overall health and boosts athletic ability. Recent research suggests muscle plays an important role in longevity, bone health, prevention of cognitive changes, and more.

Join us on February 26th for our yoga + learn class to learn how you can optimize your muscle function and increase vitality.

We’ll begin with a 55-minute yoga class with Suzanne Bergen and end with a short presentation by Dr. Nancy Palermo. All levels are welcome; modifications will be offered. Wear your yoga clothes and bring your mat!
