Oat Milk Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 cup whole rolled oats (by GF oats if needed)
- 6 cups of water
- 4 teaspoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Directions
- Combine ingredients and blend thoroughly
- Strain liquid with a fine-mesh strainer over a bowl
- Pour strained milk into a carafe to be stored in the fridge
