Pumpkin Spice Protein Bars

We love @namasteupbeet and her creative recipes! This delicious no-bake pumpkin bar is low in added sugar and high in protein! It’s a perfect grab-and-go snack or breakfast bar.


  • 1/2 Cup of Protein Powder (Maybe Vanilla)
  • 1/2 Cup of Chickpeas
  • 1/2 Cup of Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/2 Cup of Peanut Butter
  • 2 TBSP of Agave Nectar or Maple Syrup


  • Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend thoroughly
  • Spread the mixture onto a lined loaf tin
  • Pop into the freezer until firm!
