Thrive Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

Thanks to Thrive’s own Braden Hamilton for this delicious and nutritious Pumpkin Smoothie recipe that will fill you up!


  • 1 15oz can pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 4 pitted dates
  • 4 tsp almond butter
  • 4-5 frozen bananas
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)


Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix to desired thickness. Makes 4 servings – Serve cold and enjoy!
