Sea Bass with Panko Almond Crust and Peach Salsa

This recipe showcases those bright, sweet, and tangy flavors by pairing them with the delicate buttery taste of sea bass and almonds.

It’s a fresh and flavorful combination that’s ideal for a light yet satisfying dinner. Whether cooking for yourself or entertaining guests, this dish is a great way to bring a touch of summer to your plate!

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Spread a teaspoon of Vegannaise or mayo on each fish filet. Top with 1 T panko and 1 T of sliced almonds.
  3. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until almond and panko are browned.
  4. Top with peach salsa and enjoy!
