Stone Fruit Salad

Discover a burst of summer on your plate with our irresistible Stone Fruit Salad recipe – a perfect balance of sweet and tangy flavors in every delicious forkful!

Any stone fruit will do. I used nectarines, cherries, and plums. Peaches would be delicious.

Ingredients:

Directions:

  • Grill or pan fry Haloumi according to the directions on the package.
  • Allow cheese to cool for several minutes.
  • Meanwhile, remove the pit from the fruit and slice it into several pieces. Drizzle lemon juice and mix.
  • When cheese is cool enough to handle, slice it into large chunks and add to the fruit. Dress with
    vinaigrette and toss to mix.
  • For a substitution: Try fresh ricotta, burrata, or mozzarella.
