Join Dr. Amy Fletcher and yoga instructor Suzanne Bergen for a collaborative Yoga and Learn to find out what you eat determines the success of your workout. The food you eat plays a vital role in how you perform and recover. Whether you're training for a triathlon or walking for exercise, let's talk about what to put on the menu to give your body what it needs to thrive.
