Thriver Spotlight: Debbie Cohen
Debbie Cohen, a fitness enthusiast from the suburbs of Boston, cannot remember a time when she wasn’t involved in some sort of sport.
It wasn’t until college though, that she was introduced to yoga. It was one of those things where once she started, her passion for the practice was immediate. She got certified in kids’ yoga and adult yoga and then furthered her yoga skills by getting certified in yoga sculpt.
