Submit your favorite healthy, Thrive-approved recipe and a photo, and you could be featured in our summer recipe series and win two tickets to an upcoming cooking class!

- Subject line: “Recipe Submission”
- If your recipe is selected, we’ll feature it in our Weekly Friday Newsletter and share it across and Thrive’s Social Media platforms.
- Winners will receive two free class coupons good for any upcoming Thrive Cooking Class!
- New Class schedule to be announced soon!
Timeline:
- Recipe features begin the week of June 21 (the first day of summer!)
- We’ll continue sharing submissions throughout the summer, so don’t wait!
Submission Guidelines:
- Recipe must align with Thrive’s healthy, whole-foods approach
- Include a clear image of the finished dish (original photos only)
- Let us know if you’d like your submission to be:
- Anonymous
- First name only
- Full name + social media handle
