- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- ½ cup avocado oil
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- ¼ cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Minced garlic
- 6 T chopped basil. Oregano and Rosemary (2 T each)
- 1 t ground pepper
- Dash cayenne pepper
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend well. Add steak to marinade and refrigerate for 8 hours. Grill or pan-sear steak, but do not char. Serve over arugula.
