Homemade Granola
This recipe is SUPER easy, and feel free to add or take away some ingredients (like vanilla extract, chocolate chips, etc.)! I just topped some vanilla Chobani with this and it was Yummy! Ingredients: Rolled oats Coconut oil Honey Cacao nibs Pecans Coconut Salt Cinnamon Directions: Preheat oven to 300*F Add ~1/3 cup of coconut oil and ~1/3 cup of honey to a bowl and microwave for 15-30 seconds Add that mixture to a large bowl with oats, coconut, and pecans.
