Homemade Granola

This recipe is SUPER easy, and feel free to add or take away some ingredients (like vanilla extract, chocolate chips, etc.)! I just topped some vanilla Chobani with this and it was Yummy!

Ingredients:

  • Rolled oats
  • Coconut oil
  • Honey
  • Cacao nibs
  • Pecans
  • Coconut
  • Salt
  • Cinnamon

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 300*F
  • Add ~1/3 cup of coconut oil and ~1/3 cup of honey to a bowl and microwave for 15-30 seconds
  • Add that mixture to a large bowl with oats, coconut, and pecans. Toss/stir.
  • Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until oats are golden brown (**the granola will get crunchier as it cools so don’t worry if it’s not really crunchy yet**)
  • Toss in some cinnamon, sea salt, and cacao nibs for flavor
