
Homemade Granola
This recipe is SUPER easy, and feel free to add or take away some ingredients (like vanilla extract, chocolate chips, etc.)! I just topped some vanilla Chobani with this and it was Yummy!

Ingredients:
- Rolled oats
- Coconut oil
- Honey
- Cacao nibs
- Pecans
- Coconut
- Salt
- Cinnamon
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 300*F
- Add ~1/3 cup of coconut oil and ~1/3 cup of honey to a bowl and microwave for 15-30 seconds
- Add that mixture to a large bowl with oats, coconut, and pecans. Toss/stir.
- Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until oats are golden brown (**the granola will get crunchier as it cools so don’t worry if it’s not really crunchy yet**)
- Toss in some cinnamon, sea salt, and cacao nibs for flavor
