Paleo Pumpkin Pie Smoothie (Dairy Free)
This Paleo Pumpkin Pie Smoothie is a delicious seasonal breakfast or snack that is packed with nutrients! It is dairy-free, gluten-free, grain-free, and there is a nut-free option!

Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tbsp almond butter, sub sunflower butter for nut-free
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup dairy-free milk of choice
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice, or cinnamon
- 1 scoop Collagen Peptides
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend on high for 30 seconds. Pour into a glass, garnish with a cinnamon stick and enjoy!
