Brownie layer:
- 9 dates
- 1 c walnuts
- 1/4 c cacao powder
- 1/2 t vanilla extract
- dash of salt
Frosting:
- 2 avocados
- 1/4 c cacao powder
- 1/4 c honey, date syrup, or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- dash of salt
Optional for frosting:
- 2 scoops of unflavored or chocolate collagen peptides or 1 scoop of chocolate protein and or you can add 1/4 c peanut flour
