Motivation: Learn About Thrive’s Weight Management Series
Join us for an Integrated Approach to Weight Management.
In this week’s Motivation, Dr. Tracy Larson and Harlee Palmer, PA-C, discuss a new four-part weight management series coming in April.
A healthy weight is different for everyone, and the numbers on the scale aren’t the only factor determining wellness. In this series, we’ll narrow down the root causes of weight gain and help you develop a plan to stay on track.
In this program, you will learn:
- Week 1: The science of weight gain and metabolic health
- Week 2: What’s is in your food and how it contributes to weight gain
- Week 3: Hands-on food prep, shopping lists, and recipes with Thrive’s registered dietitian, Annette Habecker
- Week 4: Pulling it all together. An introduction to strength training with Alan Rispoli, a meeting with our functional health coaches, Shawna Giacomini and Amy Carroll, who will help you set your goals, and a final Q&A.
