In this upcoming Yoga & Learn workshop, we’ll begin with a 45-minute yoga class with yoga instructor Suzanne Bergen and end with a 45-minute discussion and mini Qigong practice with Dr. Greenapple. All levels are welcome; modifications will be offered.
