These are the perfect Valentine's Day dessert made with healthy ingredients like coconut oil!   Ingredients FOR THE BROWNIES: 2 eggs ½ cup butter, softened 1 cup granulated sugar ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder ½ cup GF all-purpose flour 1 tsp pure vanilla extract ¼ tsp baking powder ¼ tsp salt FOR THE TOPPINGS: 1 lb strawberries, with tops cut off and halved 16 oz chocolate chips 2 tbsp coconut oil Preparation Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Nutritional yeast is a great flavoring and provides B vitamins.)   INGREDIENTS: 1 1/2 – 2 T tahini paste 2 t extra virgin olive oil 1 ½ t turmeric 1 t Himalayan salt 1 T nutritional yeast 2 T water 1 large cauliflower head, chopped into florets   DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
