Try this delicious faux oatmeal or "fauxtmeal" from @wellwithmeghan Ingredients: 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk3 tbsp hemp seeds2 tbsp chia seeds1 tbsp ground flax seeds20-30 grams Primal Kitchen Vanilla Collagen On the stovetop, heat almond milk and stir in seeds.
