Crispy Roasted Garbanzo Beans

These tasty Garbanzo beans can serve as a snack or can be sprinkled on salads for additional protein. Ingredients:  1 T extra virgin olive oil ¼ t dried basil ¼ cup nutritional yeast ½ t dried oregano 2 t garlic powder ¼ t cayenne pepper 1 T onion powder ½ t black pepper 2 15 ounce cans of garbanzo beans Directions:  Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, oregano, and peppers. Rinse and drain the garbanzo beans and pat dry with a kitchen towel. Add the beans to the dry mixture and mix to coat well.
