Greek Feta and Red Pepper Dip

This savory dip is a sophisticated appetizer for serving to guests but can also be used a simple salad-topper!   Ingredients: Roasted red pepper 6 oz feta cheese Juice from ½ lemon 1 t fresh oregano 1/2t hot sauce Extra Virgin olive oil Directions: Roast red pepper.
