Grilled Shrimp Tacos with Grilled Pineapple Salsa

  Grilled Shrimp Tacos with Grilled Pineapple Salsa 1 lb shrimp, tails removed, peeled and deveined ¼ t ground cumin 1/8 t Chile chipotle powder ¼ t sea salt 1/8 t ground pepper 2 T Avocado oil 8 corn tortillas 1 avocado Pineapple Salsa: 1 Fresh Pineapple 1/2 diced jicama 1/4 c diced red onion 1-2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced Juice of one lime salt and pepper to taste 1T chopped cilantro and 1 T chopped mint Soak bamboo skewers for at least 20 minutes in warm water and drain.
