Apple Crisp with Almond Oatmeal Topping

Autumn marks the apple season. Savor the simplicity and comfort of this delightful crisp. Patacones (Green Plantain Crisps) Ingredients: 4 green plantains 1 t salt Avocado oil Directions: Peel plantains and cut into 6-8 rounds. Fry in hot oil until golden.
