Get ready for Turkey Day with this delicious sweet potato side-dish that's colorful, cozy, and captures those classic Thanksgiving flavors! This recipe is from @farmfreshcarolinas What you need for 10 servings: 4 pounds sweet potatoes (peeled)⠀Salt⠀1 cup pure maple syrup⠀1 1/2 cups cranberries⠀3 tablespoons butter ⠀ What you do:⠀ Boil sweet potatoes until tender, drain & let cool. ⠀Meanwhile in a saucepan, heat maple syrup to boiling.
